Côte d’Ivoire is the second-largest economy in West Africa and is among the largest exporters of cocoa and cashew nuts, according to worldbank.org. The macroeconomic performance over the past two years is impressive, with a growth rate of around 8.7 percent. Inflation remains subdued at 2.5 percent.
