3MTT is abbreviation of 3 Million Technical Talent. The 3MTT programme is a critical part of the Renewed Hope agenda, which aims at building Nigeria’s technical talent backbone to power the digital economy and position Nigeria as a net talent exporter.

Then proceed to fill the 3MTT Registration form with your Bio Data, Contact Information, Background Skills & Employment status, Training Program Choices

Click the “Submit” button to submit your application.

Wait for confirmation through the email you provided.

After accessing your preferred link above, enter your Email and Password you created when registering for 3MMT.
The Aptitude Test dashboard will display for you to take the test
Alternatively, you can access your Aptitude Test link in the email sent to you inviting you for an aptitude test
Note that there will be a Computer Based Test (CBT) after registration, to determine the skill benchmark for each applicant. which will also be used in selecting the most applicable course for fellows

Length Of Training

The average length of the courses being offered is three (3) months.

Mode Of Training

The 3MTT training is hybrid, as it combines online and in-person lessons. Note however that while the majority of the training can be done remotely, there are aspects that will require in-person training.

If you have not yet verified your account through the email you used for registration and created a password, you will not be able to log in to the portal.
Also you are required to complete your profile to be considered for the 3MTT Training Program.
Note that the only a limited number of applicants will be selected for the 3MTT Training Program due to its competitive and number of people registering
