3MTT stands for 3 Million Technical Talent, a vital component of the Renewed Hope initiative aimed at fostering Nigeria’s technical talent foundation to drive the digital economy and establish Nigeria as a prominent exporter of talent.
In collaboration with NITDA, the program engages various stakeholders, including fellows, training providers, partners, and placement organizations. The Aptitude Test dashboard will display for you to take the test
Alternatively, you can access your Aptitude Test link in the email sent to you inviting you for an aptitude test
Note that there will be an Computer Based Test (CBT) after registration, to determine the skill benchmark for each applicant. which will also be used in selecting the most applicable course for fellows

3MTT Training Login Portal

To participate in the current 3MTT Training for the first time, you must initially enroll for the training via the 3MTT Training Registration Portal at https://app.3mtt.training/register.
If you have previously registered for the training, you should log in to the training dashboard at https://app.3mtt.training/login. After logging in, proceed to engage in a training session.

Mode Of Training

The 3MTT training is hybrid, as it combines online and in-person lessons. Note however that while the majority of the training can be done remotely, there are aspects that will require in-person training.

Next, enter the email and password you generated during your 3MTT program application. On your dashboard, fulfill the ‘Confirm your skill and Technical level’ section, and then proceed to complete a questionnaire.

Upon successfully finishing the process, your profile status will be updated to ‘complete’ with two green ticks, signifying the success of your 3MTT Registration Profile Verification.
