Twitter users are buzzing over Blue Ivy Carter’s new freestyle, which some say could give rappers like Remy Ma and Nicki Minaj a run for their money!
The daughter of Jay-Z and Beyoncé shows some serious rap skills on a bonus track from her dad’s album “4:44,” which dropped last week. “Blue’s Freestyle/We Family” was released on Friday, July 7, the same day Jay’s 13th album, formerly a Tidal exclusive, was made available on all streaming platforms except Spotify.
At 5 years old, Blue’s lyrics, which serve as a 40-second feature on her dad’s track, are incomprehensible at times so the music website Genius broke some of them down.
“Everything everything this my only single thing / Everything I hear is my answer,” Blue rapped. “And if you think I say, then [?] / I never hear that, I be in the posse / Never seen a ceiling in my whole life.”

Twitter users couldn’t get enough of Blue’s newest verse, which follows her cries on Jay-Z’s 2012 song “Glory” and coos on Bey’s “Blue” in 2013.

Blue Ivy said she never seen a ceiling in her whole life…meaning she don't believe in limits #StayWoke

Some used the track to inject some humor — and shade — into the situation.
