- •Demonstrated market, customer, consumer and shopper knowledge and insights (outside in thinking)
- •Ability to implement strategies and deliver initiatives against agreed business objectives
- •Proven experience in multi-category and multi-geographic operations
- •Credibility in developing, influencing and leading teams (direct and indirect) to achieve business results
- •Demonstrated ability to manage in a networked complex environment with multiple stakeholders across the System (countries and KO teams) with interpersonal savvy
- •Ability to apply consumer shopper and market information to business issues

- •Lead country operational projects following CCBA quality standards, guidelines and frameworks.
- •Coordinate local cross-discipline referents to ensure all required inputs are included and aligned.

- •+10 years with proven working experience in project management or previous participation in planning or project teams.
- •Demonstrated ability to coordinate various projects simultaneously.
- •Written and verbal communication skills.
- •Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and solve problems creatively.
- •Demonstrated familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
