About DITO Sim Registration

The DITO Sim Registration begun on December 27th. In compliance with the SIM Registration Act, mobile service provider DITO has launched its online SIM Registration App to allow sim owners register their sim cards.
The launch of DITO SIM Registration App is in line with the SIM Registration Act, which aims to curb the proliferation of text scams and other mobile phone related criminal activities.

New subscribers should register by clicking the SMS link sent after SIM card insertion, to begin the registration process

DITO Sim Registration For Existing Subscribers

Existing subscribers should first download and install the DITO App on Google Play Store, App Store or App Gallery
Afterwards, tab the SIM Registration banner in the DITO APP to begin the registration process.
Then provide required information such as Name, date of birth, Gender, Present/Official Address, ID Card to complete the registration

DITO SIM card for minors should be registered under the parent/legal guardian’s name along with: Any government-issued ID of the parent or guardian, Consent of minor’s parent or guardian to register the SIM card

Tourists should provide the following requirements : Passport, Proof of Address in the Philippines, Return ticket to own country showing date/time of departure from the Philippines

DITO Sim Registration For Foreigners With Non Tourist Visa

Tourists should provide the following requirements :

Passport
Proof of Address in the Philippines
Other pertinent documents such as
1. Alien Employment Permit issued by the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE);
2. Alien Certificate of Registration Identification Card (ACRI Card) issued by the Bureau of Immigration (BI) or other types of official ID issued by any other visa-issuing agency;
3. School registration and ID for students; or
4. For Persons of Concern or POCs, the type of travel or admission document validly issued by the Department of Justice.

DITO Sim Registration Limits

You can register multiple SIM cards with DITO or other telecom networks
There is no limit to the number of SIMs registered under one name
If you have TWO or more DITO SIM Cards, you must register each through the registration portal by repeating using the steps provided above until you have registered all SIMs under your name.
If you have different SIM from other telcom service providers, such as Globe, DITO, TM, then you must register each SIM card under your name through the appropriate registration link provided by the specific telcom service provider.

DITO Sim Registration Deadline

The DITO Sim Registration which begun on December 27th, 2022, is to end on April 26th, 2023
This a 180 days deadline defined by the SIM Registration Act.
The Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) may extend when necessary
