JUSTIN GATLIN CELEBRATES WITH SON

Justin Gatlin triumphed over fellow runners in the 100m Men’s finals at the U.S. Olympic Track and Field Finals this past Sunday. The athlete celebrated with his son Jace after crossing the finish line first.

Justin has found much success in previous competitions, but found himself speechless at the end of Sunday’s event. “Usually, I have a lot of words. I’m almost speechless,” Gatlin said. “Everything just feels so surreal. I just let the heart really go out and do what it had to do. I wasn’t too hyped, wasn’t too calm. It felt just right and went out there and gave it my all. I have a lot more left in the tank.”

Gatlin achieved Gold status in the 2004 Summer Olympics when he finished the 100m race in under 10 seconds. He along with other representatives for the United States will head to London for fierce competition later this year.
