She attended high school at Tri-Cities Performing Arts High School in the Atlanta suburb of East Point. She got her first appearance on television when she was 15 and also appeared on BET’s Teen Summit. While in high school, she formed Xscape with Tamika and LaTocha Scott and Tameka.
