Titan Witherspoon had quite the time at the Happiest Place on Earth. The toddler enjoyed the weekend at Disneyland with mom Kelly Rowland and dad Tim Witherspoon.
Little Titan spent time with Mickey Mouse and other beloved Disney characters. “With the big guy,” Kelly shared along with a picture of her son and husband hanging out with Mickey. Titan gave his undivided attention to the camera even though his dad was attempting to divert his focus from the lens to Mickey.
Kelly Rowland also got a bit of one-on-one time with her little guy. The celebrity mom was photographed while looking at her son. Titan appeared to give Kelly a tutorial on the electric fan that he was holding but the celebrity mom was too smitten by his cuteness to give her full regard to the device.
Recent events in the media have caused Kelly Rowland to take into account everything that comes with rearing kids in America. “I talk to minority boys,” she recently shared with Schon! magazine. “They have to think about if somebody is going to hurt them, shoot them, because they have some freaking skittles. It’s one of the things that made me nervous about having a boy.”
Although challenges may lie ahead, Kelly told media that she is proud of the protests that seek to shed light on racial inequalities. “I’m so proud that people are actually exercising their right to speak up and taking action,” she said. “This new generation can be radical and they’re not playing when it comes to their freedom and their lives, which are at stake.”
Titan is Kelly Rowland and Tim Witherspoon’s only child. He will celebrate his second birthday next month. Kelly and Tim commemorated their wedding anniversary earlier this year. The couple tied the matrimonial knot in front of a small crowd two years ago.
