- Candidates should be Nigerian citizens by birth and possess the National Identification Number (NIN).
- They must have at least 4 credits, obtained in no more than 2 sittings in WASSCE/SSCE or its equivalent, with credit passes in both English and Mathematics. Medical/Veterinary Assistants, on the other hand, need a minimum of 5 credits in not more than 2 sittings in WASSCE/SSCE or its equivalent, with credit passes in English and Mathematics.
- Possession of any relevant certificates in the respective fields would be an added advantage.
- The age bracket for candidates is 18-28 years. Candidates must meet specific health criteria, including medical, physical, and psychological fitness, and should not be shorter than 1.67m for males and 1.64m for females. Male candidates must have an expanded chest measurement of not less than 86cm (34 inches).
- Female candidates must not be pregnant at the time of application. Academic documents or certificates relating to examinations taken before 2014 will not be accepted.
- Additionally, candidates should have a clean financial record and should not have any prior criminal convictions.

NPF Recruitment Training
- Successful Applicants enlisted into the Nigeria Police Force will undergo Academic and physical training leading to the employment of the successful ones into the Nigeria Police Force as Police Constables (PC).

- The online application portal is for six weeks from 15th October to 26th November 2023, where prospective applicants are required to complete the online application forms and submit them within the specified period.
