With the success of her new television series, The Passage, Saniyya Sidney is having the best start to the new year. The talented young rising star in addition to the hit TV series, has an impressive resume that includes Fences, Hidden Figures, American Horror Story, among others. Sidney is about to add another blockbuster to the list—Fast Colors, due out in March of this year.
Fast Colors, directed by Julia Hart, chronicles the story of Ruth, who is forced to go on the run when her superhuman abilities are discovered. Years after having abandoned her family, the only place she has left to hide is home.
The film that premiered at SXSW Film Festival in 2018, in addition to Sidney, stars Gugu Mbatha-Raw, David Strathairn, Lorraine Toussaint, among others.
