The SHS Online Admission Portal was launched to allow prospective SHS Students to be able to access the Admission Form of the respective SHS they have been placed by the CSSPS placement portal without the need to queue at the school premises.
The SHS Online Admission Portal is also to help students access services such as printing Admission Letter & prospectus of the respective senior high schools on the portal
Printed applications and documents are to be submitted to the school administration in person when school reopens to finalize the admission process

How To Create SHS Online Admission Account

Follow the steps below to fill and download your SHS Online Admission form, Admission Letter as well as all other necessary enrollment documents

First visit the SHS Online Admission Portal: www.myshsadmission.com

Then click on the “Click here to Select your School” link

Afterwards select the school you have been placed to from the dropdown list

Then enter your JHS Index Number and click the login button to login

A payment menu will be shown on your screen

Afterwards click on the “Continue to Payment” button

Then enter your payment information and click on the “Pay Now” button

Then select an option to pay with either Mobile Money, Debit or Credit Card

Afterwards Enter your Mobile Money number or Card Information and click the confirm button

A token would be sent to your number through text message, check your message
and enter it in the text box and Click “Authorize”

If the payment prompt not show, Dial *170# and pending approvals in “My Wallet” to make payment

Complete the payment process by authorizing payment and entering your Momo pin on your phone

After creating an account through the steps above visit the SHS Online Admission Portal: www.myshsadmission.com

Then enter your JHS Index Number and click the login button to login to your SHS Online Admission Dashboard

How To Fill SHS Online Admission Form

On the SHS Online Admission dashboard, click on the “Complete Personal Records Form” link to fill your SHS Online Admission form

Start by Filling the form with your personal and required information.

Finally Click on the “Save Records” link to complete filling your SHS Online Admission form

How To Print SHS Online Admission Letter

After filling and saving your records you will then be able to access and print your your admission letter, prospectus, and medical form

What To Do After Applying For SHS Online Admission

Print and submit the Admission Letter, CSSPS Placement Form, Your Enrolment Code, and items specified in the prospectus to the school administration when school reopens to finalize the admission process
Upon arrival at the school, You will be required to undergo a physical examination at the school gate.
Your prospectus items will be inspected
You will be assigned house of residence if you are a border and be required to register to be affiliated with a house.
You are to keep your registration receipts which will be used for the collection of items from the school’s store.
