Key Responsibilities
- To functionally and administratively supervise all activities in Human Resources Department.
- To participate in the setting of the company’s strategies, objectives, policies and plans related to the Human Capital field.
- Preparing the estimated budget of the Human Resources Department includes all employees entitlements, benefits, services, welfare and other activities, getting approval from the company’s top management, and monitoring the budget implementation.
- Coordination with other Departments, regarding human resources affairs and the work environment.
- Providing the new regulations, rules, policies and decisions, which related to the man forced to all Divisions, Departments and sections in order to put it into implementation.

Key Responsibilities
- Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks

Recruitment Of Stock Accountants
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare outturn on daily basis and prepare product stock of the Terminal.
- Maintain various importers account and distributors account on daily basis.
- Check the stock vs release availability and authorize in systems to prepare dispatch advice.
- Prepare various MIS reports for the Management.
- Settle discrepancy in stock/dispatch/release/DO with Importer/Distributor/Bank.

- Coordinate with the laboratory for the release of the tank. Discuss with Operation In-charge about the day’s operational planning.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that all Operations activities carried out in the Terminal are undertaken in an efficient, safe and reliable manner.
